What We Do

As Canada’s only ISPQ-accredited solar training institute, Ontario Solar Academy uses NABCEP learning objectives to quickly advance expertise in solar PV design and installation.  Our 5-Day Solar PV Training includes hands-on workshops that prepare participants for NABCEP’s PV Entry Level Exam, while our various advanced and 2-day classes allow you to focus in more specialized areas of solar energy, including sales, electrical safety, business management, and regulatory issues.

Although all of our permanent staff members, alumni, and partners hail from a range of different backgrounds, collectively, we share a common belief in solar power’s role as a necessary component of any sustainable energy portfolio.  Join us in helping the province, country, and world build a cleaner and greener future powered by the sun.
